Since its inception in the summer of 2017, the B2SMB Institute has been focused on helping our members succeed and thrive in the highly challenging business-to-small-business marketplace.
And as our network of members has grown – as those whose jobs depend on winning, keeping and growing small business customers have joined us – we’ve been repeatedly impressed by their overwhelming need for quality B2SMB research.
In response, the B2SMB Institute has committed to build out our continuum of research based on actionable insights from two key cohorts: 1) small-business decision makers, and 2) business-to-small-business enterprise leaders.
This week, we are launching the B2SMB Institute’s first Survey of B2SMB Executives, a peer-leadership assessment of the opportunities, the needs and the most significant challenges faced in winning, keeping and growing small-business customers.
The Survey of B2SMB Executives will detail and summarize:
- Strategic and tactical priorities from over 500 B2SMB leaders
- Forecasts and trends in the $500B B2SMB marketplace
- Immediate SMB research and insight priorities for top B2SMB brands
The survey has been designed in partnership with the B2SMB Institute’s research partner, Stu Richards of Bredin, and is based on insights we see and hear in confidence every day – the candid “inside the boardroom” observations from savvy B2SMB execs, describing what works and what doesn’t, what’s advancing and what’s impeding, what’s expected and what’s surprising.
We’d like you to participate and benefit from the survey’s findings.
The Survey of B2SMB Executives can be completed here.
The complete results of the survey will be introduced exclusively at our Leaders’ Forum, in San Francisco, on May 16-17, and available via subscription afterwards.
As a survey participant, you’ll receive our full research summary at no cost, an opportunity to gain valuable leadership insights from hundreds of leadership peers – insights that you just can’t get anywhere else.
Survey participants will also receive a 50% discount on tickets to the Leaders’ Forum.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. Your response is confidential and will only be shared in aggregate, with no originating information.
The B2SMB Institute will also release our Census of B2SMB Offerings in the Fortune 1000 at our Leaders’ Forum, a detailed directory of small-business product and service offerings from the largest US companies. If you’ve ever wanted to understand the substance and scope of the US B2SMB marketplace, the Census is the resource for you. Reserve your copy here.
